Dear James & family,
We would like to thank you for a really really fantastic family holiday at your farm this summer. It is so good to see your project at La Ferme Du Cayla in full swing.
The kids loved the activities with Kathryn and Julie – the bilingual French/English classes, afternoon cooking, morning farming tasks – Amazing!!!
We were so impressed with the domain and the lovely food served in the astonishing outside restaurant, the yoga classes, the private lake just for residents.
Thank you again and look forward to seeing you next year.

A Wonderful Experience.

Our week in La Ferme Du Cayla was simply stunning in every way. The accommodation was spacious and very modern. We have 4 boys 2, 6, 8 & 10 and they loved every minute. They fed the local animals, went on a treasure hunt, made cakes & pizza, played card games, and did much more all whilst my husband and I did yoga, swam, went on a bike ride or simply just relaxed. The food is amazing, the chef Julian is very talented and to see him picking fresh ingredients in the morning and transform them into delicious meals is simply a work of art. Everything was just perfect about this place and it really should be on every families “Bucket List”. Well Done James and the Team for all your hard work.

Zen and Perfect surroundings for your relaxation :

We came as a group of 12, for a relaxing yoga retreat for 3 nights and 4 days.
We were served breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our cottage : the GRAND CHARM which was exceptional.
One of the evenings, the owners took the group out for a meal in the local town FIGEAC –  wonderful!!!
I can only highly recommend LA FERME DU CAYLA as an exquisite environment to hold yoga and all wellbeing retreats. The calm natural green French countryside puts you at one with nature and your inner self The owners have fully understood the equipment needed and everything was at your disposal,

Excellent stay at the Cayla farm. There is EVERYTHING you need to have a good time and never get bored with children.
Part of the operation is based on trust, which makes the stay very pleasant (unlike the big chains).
We will definitely come back!

Perfect little week! Beautiful location, beautiful buildings, endless games (inside and outside: 2 days of rain that passed as if nothing had happened ^^ with 2 little ones of 3 and 22 months!), indoor heated pool (ideal for a first contact with water), outdoor covered jacuzzi, outdoor pool, mini-golf … everything is there! Not forgetting the mini educational farm!
Families with young children this place is made for you!

I recommend the Cayla farm without hesitation. We spent a week there with 3 children (10, 8 and 3 years old). The activities in the kids club were adapted to their different ages. The activity leader was just perfect! The accommodation (the laurel) was beautiful and gave us some amazing sunrises and sunsets. Olivia James and their children are lovely and made us feel at home straight away. It was a real holiday for both children and parents 😍 I hope to go back 🤗

Fantastic February family holidays. Children are more than welcome. Our accommodation, Rose House was comfortable, spacious. The breakfasts were delicious. There is no need to look for activities in the area as there is everything on site to keep you busy. The small village atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to the great hosts. I think it’s even nicer in the nice weather. There is even air conditioning in the rooms.
