The domain itself is located on a 20 hectares land and belongs to the same family since 3 generations, in love with their region, the Lot and the surrounding villages Rocamadour, Saint-Cyrq Lapopie, Cambes, Gramat... !
The old farm buildings have been renovated in the traditional "English cottage" style, the old stone walls and wooden beams having been preserved.
Today, security is a priority in all areas of life and here at La Ferme Du Cayla, we have paid a lot of attention to it.
The domain is entirely fenced. No moving vehicles on the site; large play areas; some closed, some open and free, a minimum of steps and large green spaces to play and enjoy the mild days and evenings in the heart of the Lot Valley...
We have our own private lake where those who enjoy fishing can do so and benefit from some peaceful meditation!
Other activities on site include trampolining, table tennis and mini golf. There are also tree houses for imaginative play and a petting farm for those who like to be close to animals. Zip wires and VTT bikes are also available for the more adventurous.
At the centre of the Domain is a fountain -every French village usually has one, and life often revolves round it -as it does here.
Our central courtyard is in the centre of the estate.
Four of the six gites face the courtyard and the other two gites are less than 30 metres away. The bar and restaurant have a great view of the Célé valley. The baby phones have an excellent range from the bar and restaurant to the gites.
Each gite is centrally heated. The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round, the paddling pool and the outdoor pool are also heated from May. There is also a Jacuzzi all year round, a sauna and a steam room. During the summer months, the indoor pool is reserved for adults only, to ensure a quiet and relaxing space to enjoy a rejuvenating holiday.
The Baby Club and Kids Club are located in two rooms next to each other, next to the outdoor restaurant.
A fun atmosphere, full of activities and games for the older children, a calm, gentle and stimulating atmosphere for the younger ones.
The gîtes are close to the Kids Club and Baby Club areas, so that children feel safe and secure, never far from the adults, for an ideal family holiday.
